As a Data Scientist within Pepsi Co's General Digital Commerce Team, you will build deployable statistical and machine learning models to support international growth and digital commerce initiatives. You will collaborate with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into data-driven solutions.

You will contribute to best practices, help operationalize analytics, and communicate insights that influence product design and strategic decisions. This role offers a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment focused on scaling advanced analytics across regions and driving impact in a fast-changing market.

- Support large-scale experimentation and data-driven modeling
- Set KPIs and metrics to evaluate analytics solutions

- Create reusable packages or libraries

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years delivering production-level analytic solutions
- Fluent in Git
- Jenkins and Docker awareness a plus
- 4+ years ETL and/or data wrangling
- Fluent in SQL syntax
- 4+ years with statistical/ML techniques (supervised and unsupervised)
- Experience with Python or Scala for modeling
- Experience creating models linking input drivers to KPIs
- Business storytelling and communicating insights
- Fluent in at least one data visualization tool
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage ambiguity
- Experience with Agile methodology; Jira and Confluence
- Experience with large data sets; PySpark/SQL/Hive/Impala
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce or Financial Services domain preferred
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
