Senior Consultant – European Professional Services
As a Senior Consultant in our European Professional Services team, you will partner with top integral pharma organisations to solve critical business challenges. By implementing Veeva’s Commercial Cloud products, you will deliver cutting‑edge, AI‑powered solutions that drive the life sciences industry toward more connected, data‑driven customer relationships.
Responsibilities

Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimisation and harmonisation of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organisations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
Lead business process due diligence,



design and implement robust and scalable solutions, and drive successful projects, through a variety of roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and PO/Business Analyst.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect.
Hands‑on experience and confidence with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organisation.
Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
Able to travel approximately 20%.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
