As a BDR at Webfleet, you will generate leads and create qualified opportunities to support Field Account Managers in the DACH market.

Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
- Hunt prospects using smart researching, outbound emails, messages, and outbound calling to build a healthy pipeline.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow‑up communications.
- Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with channel managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies that complement partner strengths.
- Use LinkedIn, social selling, Google Alerts,



and Sales Navigator to generate prospects.
- Log all mandatory and optional data accurately in Salesforce.
- Attend 1:1 and team meetings and continuous training sessions.

Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant prospecting experience.
- German speaker and fluent in English.
- Ability to initiate professional B2B engagement over the phone.
- Autonomous, motivated, tenacious, persuasive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable approaching customers over the phone and e‑mail and able to handle objections effectively.
- Capable and eager to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and meet/exceed measurable performance goals.
- Competitive nature and desire to continually improve.
