What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end user journey for both free and paid (Plus) users: map how users enter, explore, convert, churn, and reactivate across the product.
- Identify key behavioral patterns, friction points, and high-value segments through deep cohort analysis, funnel decomposition, and engagement profiling.
- Translate findings into targeting recommendations: define which user segments to prioritize, when to intervene, and what levers (content, notification, paywall, onboarding) are most likely to move the needle.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track user journey KPIs - activation rates, habit formation milestones, retention curves, convers
