Your main purpose
Lead the technical review, coordination, and integration of all MEP systems across hospitality projects,



and provide strategic MEP input from early concept stages through detailed design and construction phases.

Ensure all MEP solutions align with brand standards, operational requirements, sustainability targets, and guest experience objectives, and coordinate multidisciplinary integration across Architecture, Interior Design, Structural, Civil, Landscape, Lighting, Kitchen, AV, IT, Security, and specialist disciplines.

Identify technical risks, design conflicts, and coordination gaps, supporting timely resolution throughout all project stages.

Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders, review technical submissions, layouts, reports, and calculations, monitor consultant performance, deliverable quality, and submission schedules, and protect architectural and interior design intent.

Support value engineering and technical optimization initiatives, coordinate closely with Project Dire
