Your Role
HR software has a UX problem. Most tools in this space are complex, outdated, and built for admins, not for the people who actually use them every day. We are fixing that. You will be defining AI‑powered workflows that make payroll feel effortless. You will report to the CPO and work across the full product, both the core HR/payroll platform and the AI experience layer.

What You’ll Do




We are looking for a Product Designer with technical skills and AI fluency to join our team.

The old way is over, but the design process isn’t. The traditional wireframe > mockup > handoff model no longer fits how great products are built today. We are looking for someone who uses AI as a core part of their workflow, from rapid prototyping and research synthesis to design and implementation support.

Your job

- Work closely with the CPO, engineering and AI, shipping features that are both beautifully crafted and technically robust.
- Use AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude Code, Codex) to design and prototype without waiting on engineering.
- Ship fast, gather feedback, and adjust.
- Shape how AI surfaces in the product: when it acts, when it asks, and when it stays out of the way.
