Core Responsibilities

- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of mRNA LNP samples, interpreting results to deepen product understanding, support product development, and quality control.
- Operate, monitor, and support maintenance of analytical methods for mRNA LNPs, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for thermal characterization,
size exclusion chromatography with multi-angle light scattering (SEC-MALS) for particle size and molecular weight determination, and dynamic light scattering (DLS) for assessing particle size distribution.
- Conduct purity and integrity assessments using capillary electrophoresis (CE) and/or ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography (IP-HPLC). Optionally, assist with quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis to evaluate mRNA identity, as needed.
- Process, analyze, and manage analytical data, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting in line with laboratory and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, protocols, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, scientific literature, and best practices relevant to analytical and formulation sciences in dermatology.
