responsible for all aspects of cost management and project delivery for the Data Center sector. We are seeking a driven and motivated Associate Director (Cost Management) to act as a leader, managing cost management professionals within larger teams and delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Take a leading role in interfacing with the client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
Provide estimate and cost planning including producing and presenting the final estimate.
Perform all aspects of procurement, including managing the pre‑qualification stage, producing tender lists, tender analysis, producing tender reports, and compiling contractual documents.
Manage post‑contract cost variances and the change control processes.
Manage cost checks and carry out payment recommendations, supporting staff as required. Complete timely, accurate cost checking and valuation pr
