At TMA, a leading company in waste management and recovery, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC for our Marpol plant, located in the Port of Barcelona.
Here, your work will be essential to ensure that our facilities operate reliably, safely, and in line with our environmental standards. Every intervention you carry out will directly contribute to improving processes, optimising resources, and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.

Contract Duration6 Months + Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Spare parts management: Identification, coding, and documentation of all equipment, machines, tools, and resources in the section.
- Preventive maintenance: Execution and management of planned maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
- Corrective maintenance: Troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns, ensuring quick recovery of operability.
- Continuous improvement: Analysis of production resources and proposal of improvements in machines, tools, and processes to contribute to the section’s OEE.
- Work reporting: Recording and reporting interventions to the maintenance management and section supervisor

ScheduleFull-time.
Monthly rotating shifts: 6h–14h / 14h–22h / 8h–17h.
Education
- Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in a technical field (mechanics, industrial maintenance, mechatronics…).
- Basic electricity.
