We're not in the wing business. We're in the flavor business. Since the first restaurant opened in Texas in 1994, our mission has been to Serve the World Flavor, and we're just getting started. By 2002, we had already served a billion wings worldwide. Flavor is what defines us, and it's what has made Wingstop one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the world.
