Main stakeholders are R&D; team, Portfolio & Product Owners, Production Unit and other areas in ABB Robotics .You will be mainly accountable for:- Planning, monitoring and controlling progress on the plan to ensure achievement of commitments and targeted milestones.- Identifying and managing interdependencies between projects and project-level constraints to realize specified benefits.- Ensuring the team understands customer value in the projects, ensures customer satisfaction, and manages stakeholder expectations.- Engaging stakeholders in defining customer value and integrating feedback into activities.- Managing the project to achieve project deliverables according to ABB Phase & Gate Model process.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role- You are experienced in R&D; project management,



you enjoy working with new technology teams and make projects plans come reality for the robotics market.- You have 2 years of experience as project manager in R&D; projects or project management with similar characteristics.- Degree on Industrial Engineer or Engineer in Project Management.- Sound knowledge of PMP, agile methodology and the robotics or industrial market.
