We are currently in a general expansion process and looking to expand our team with a customer-oriented, highly organized Operations & Key Account professional who will manage post-sales client relationships, onboarding and day-to-day operations of our robots at client sites.
This role is aimed at someone with at least 3 years of experience in key account management and operations, capable of working with autonomy in a fast-growing, fast-paced startup environment.

You will work closely with our engineering, product and operations teams to ensure every client has an excellent experience, from onboarding through day-to-day service.
A high level of English is essential for this role, as you will be working daily with international clients and partners. We are also looking for someone organized, proactive, with strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for client care.
Must-have requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Operations or Customer Success.
- Fluent/native-level English and Spanish, both spoken and written — this is a key requirement for the role.
- Experience managing clients in a post-sales phase: follow-up, issue resolution and client retention.
- Experience managing the logistics of shipping, installation and onboarding of equipment/products at client sites.
