Our Members include the world's leading Travel & Tourism companies across all industries and regions, working together to drive sustainable growth, influence policy, and strengthen the global Travel & Tourism sector.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Director to lead WTTC's global B2B marketing strategy, supporting Member engagement, business development and organisational growth.
Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of WTTC's global marketing strategy, positioning marketing as a strategic commercial function that strengthens Member engagement, supports Business Development and enhances the organisation's global positioning.
Working collaboratively across the Member Engagement & Business Development, Communications & Content, Research and Digital teams, the successful candidate will translate WTTC's research,
insights and strategic priorities into compelling commercial narratives that resonate with current and prospective Members across different regions and industry sectors.
This role will also be responsible for leading WTTC's digital marketing strategy, website evolution, CRM and marketing technology, while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity, personalisation and commercial performance.
The role requires a highly collaborative individual who can align marketing activities with WTTC's wider communications strategy whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus on business growth and Member value.

Developing and delivering WTTC's global B2B marketing strategy to support membership growth, Member engagement and commercial objectives.
Creating tailored marketing campaigns and value propositions for prospective and existing Members across different markets, regions and industry sectors.
