Responsibilities
- Solve complex challenges: partner closely with the team to analyze core problems and develop targeted hypotheses.
- Drive innovation through experimentation: validate ideas using iterative development and a fail-fast mindset to find the best solutions quickly.
- Shape backend strategy: collaborate with the wider backend community to execute and promote key strategic initiatives from our roadmap.
- Enable cross-team alignment:
coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure our technical solutions are delivered effectively and on time.
- Champion best practices: actively participate in the backend guild to maintain high technical standards and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Real‑time alerting: strong expertise in building and maintaining real‑time alerting systems.
- Backend experience: 5+ years of backend development with a specialization in high‑scale distributed systems.
