The Position
Reporting directly to Corporate Management, the Regional Director of Projects will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and supervising the Project Managers and Country Managers leading the company's operations across Central and South America, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with corporate standards,



contractual commitments and client expectations.

This strategic leadership position requires an experienced engineering professional capable of managing multidisciplinary teams operating across multiple countries, providing technical guidance, resolving complex project challenges and acting as the key link between Corporate Headquarters and regional operations.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple EPC and turnkey projects across Central and South America.
- Provide technical and managerial support to Country Managers and Project Directors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance regarding schedule, budget, quality, HSE and contractual compliance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate project management methodologies, procedures and quality standards.
- Support project start-up, execution, commissioning and handover activities.
