As Growth Workflow Specialist (Performance & Paid Growth), you sit at the intersection of paid growth expertise and AI systems thinking. You are the domain expert who makes the automation intelligent. The engineers build what you spec. The agents run what you design. Your job is to define the logic, what signals matter, what decisions should be automated, what guardrails must exist, what the creative feedback loop looks like across paid channels, and then work alongside the build team to bring it to life.
