As a Corporate Senior Demand Planner at Persán, you will be involved in the supply chain department in a transversal way and participate in the improvement of processes, while preparing and facilitating the monthly demand review. In doing so, the role will drive increased supply planning stability, forecast accuracy improvement from sales team, better adherence to customer delivery, enhanced capacity utilization,
and inventory health increase. Additionally you will also be involved in the demand and supply planning processes.
This role is based in our main offices in Sevilla, Spain, and will require 10% travel time.
Mission and key responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and execution of the demand review program implementation plan.
- Track program progress and provide regular reports on the status to the supply chain team & key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in program scope, schedule, and/or resources.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues coming from forecast mistakes.
- Collect and consolidate all the inputs from the different forums of the sales and supply departments.
- Identify and detail the different scenarios/solutions to be presented in the demand review meetings.
- Drive the impact analysis and align & validate with key stakeholders.
