As a Sales Representative at zentra you will be responsible for growing our network of estate agency clients across the region, driving new business, and building zentra's presence in the Spanish property market. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a central role in executing our sales strategy and representing zentra to agency owners, developers, and industry partners.
What we’re hiring you to do
- Drive Sales: Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute zentra's regional sales strategy — identifying new agency clients and closing deals
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with estate agency owners,



principals, and key decision-makers across your region. Communicate consistently, professionally, and with purpose
- Execute Sales Plans: Develop and deliver against clear revenue and growth targets, with a structured approach to pipeline management
- Forecasting & Performance: Own accurate sales forecasts for your region and report regularly on performance, opportunities, and risks
- Client Management: Stay on top of client‑specific needs, pricing, and strategic plans. Maintain a regular cadence of communication with your clients — covering platform updates, campaign performance, and growth opportunities
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management and Technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through to onboarding and beyond. Share best practices and contribute to a high‑performance sales culture
