You will be reporting to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners. Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.Onboarding and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources,



and support for effective enablement.Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners.
