As Director, Strategic Projects and Organisational Enablement, you empower Global Patient Safety to deliver on CMO priorities.

You drive cross-functional process improvements, lead leadership meetings and events, and oversee budgets while aligning with the CMO’s mission.

You partner with finance, HR, and communications to enable high performance and a great work environment.

You’ll steer strategic planning, track milestones, and support organizational transformation across Oncology, Biopharma u0026amp; Rare Disease.

• Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across Global Patient Safety and ensure milestone-driven progress
• Lead delivery of operational initiatives to enhance performance and continuity in a fast-moving CMO environment
• Support leaders to drive deliverables across SET areas and highlight opportunities for innovation
• Coordinate priority initiatives and cross-portfolio activities across teams and regions with a focus on collaboration and accountability
• Oversee budget forecasting, resource planning, recruitment coordination, and talent development initiatives
• Support strategic planning, objective setting, and performance monitoring aligned with CMO goals
• Track progress and report quarterly milestones for CMO and Integral Patient Safety scorecards
• Facilitate leadership meetings, annual planning cycles,



and define measurable metrics for initiatives
• Collaborate with Communications to drive strategy understanding and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with HR and Communications to ensure efficient teams and strong people development
• Lead annual scorecard development with LT input and report progress to LT
• Be part of the Broader CMO Business Planning u0026 Operations Network and support events/travel management
• Oversee travel budget and carbon allocation for Global Patient Safety
• Support preparation for internal/external meetings and contribute to CMO-wide strategic priorities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor of Science
• 10+ years in project management or operations management
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience supporting organizational change or business transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage through change in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development or biotech
• Proven track record supporting leadership or cross-functional teams
• Strong influencing ability across organizational levels and functions
• Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and business improvements
