As a Senior Value Engineer at Celonis, you will lead AI-enabled, data-driven transformations for Fortune 500 clients in Brazil, guiding them from discovery to realized ROI within the Celonis Context Model.

You will blend consulting, project management, and technical execution to drive value across core ecosystems, partnering with cross-functional teams and executives.

This role offers the chance to shape multi-region transformation programs and expand Celonis’ platform adoption with a strategic, ROI-focused mindset.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and co-own change management with customer leadership

Responsabilidades




• 5+ years in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales with ownership of complex workstreams
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) and AI-fluent tooling
• Builder mentality and proven ability to set direction within an account team
• Proven track record in process improvement and value realization
• Experience orchestrating multi-region transformation programs with VP/Director sponsorship
• Fluent English with executive presence; strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Finance/Supply Chain domains
• Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics degree or equivalent technical/business degree with a minor in tech
• Knowledge of Brazil market is required
