Experteer Overview
As a Property Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to manage real estate assets (offices, logistics, retail) for national and international clients.
You will serve as the main client contact, oversee budgets, reporting, and asset plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal departments and external partners.
You will drive operational excellence, ESG compliance, and value realization for assets.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape asset performance within a global real estate platform.

• Manage an assigned portfolio and coordinate an internal team (technical, administrative, financial, marketing, on-site staff).
• Serve as the main client point of contact and ensure clear communication between client and Cushman u0026 Wakefield.
• Oversee client mandates, track and supervise management fees, and ensure timely reporting with Client Finance u0026 Lease Management.
• Coordinate asset business plans for income and expenses; monitor budget and expenses for compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments (Agency, Capital Markets, Project u0026 Development Services) and coordinate third parties (lawyers, appraisers, tax advisors, etc.).
• Coordinate asset visits with appraisers,
potential buyers, auditors; participate in buy-sell transitions as needed.
• Oversee and verify service contracts and soft services (cleaning, security, gardening, waste management, insurance).
• Manage insurance claims; track visits and tenant relations, enforce regulations, and ESG requirements.
• Monitor tenant obligations, bank guarantees, deposit updates, service charge reconciliations, arrears, debt recovery, and eviction processes with legal support.
• Handover/takeover of premises and approval of contract changes in the management system; monitor taxes and cadastral reviews.
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (as preferred).
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate asset management (offices, retail, or logistics).
• Client-oriented with strong communication across levels.
• Proactive with leadership skills.
• Strong commercial profile with negotiation ability with clients and suppliers.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.
