Experteer Overview
In this role, you will take technical ownership of HVDC projects and tenders from Madrid, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver engineering, design, planning and risk assessments.

You will act as the main technical liaison for customers and internal stakeholders, shaping solutions for complex projects while ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll drive engineering activities through to commissioning and manage documentation within scope and budget.

This position offers the chance to influence high‑impact grid projects in a general context and grow with Hitachi Energy’s ESOPC organization.

• Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate risks
• Maintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveries

Responsabilidades
• Academic degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar)
• Minimum 5 years in a similar lead role
• Power industry experience required; HVDC experience a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
