In this role you lead verification and validation activities for signalling systems, ensuring safe, reliable operations before service entry.

You shape Vu0026amp;V strategy across the project lifecycle and collaborate with design, safety, testing and customers to drive quality, schedule and cost objectives.

You will manage test environments and change control, report progress, risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement.

This is a mission-driven, cross-functional leadership position at a global rail leader.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement verification methodologies, test plans and specifications for in-house and exported testing
• Perform and report verification, integration and validation activities to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
• Collaborate with Test u0026 Commissioning, Safety, Design and Engineering teams for project alignment
• Represent Alstom to customers and partners, providing visibility on test progress, risks and opportunities
• Manage test environments, assets, configuration control and anomaly tracking processes




• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to KPI monitoring and lessons learned
• Contribute to the Project Verification u0026 Validation strategy and drive its implementation throughout the project lifecycle

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Verification u0026 Validation, testing, integration or signalling systems within the railway industry
• Knowledge of railway signalling principles, system validation methodologies and testing processes
• Ability to define and execute structured test strategies and manage configuration and change control activities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams and customer environments
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results
