Role Purpose
As a Cost & Contract Manager, you will lead the commercial and contractual management of major construction packages, ensuring contractual compliance, minimizing commercial risks, and maximizing project value throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires solid experience in large-scale industrial projects and a deep understanding of cost estimation, control, and monitoring for civil works and MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the commercial and contractual management of major construction and EPC contracts.
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Evaluate, negotiate and manage change orders, variations and claims.
- Support tendering activities, bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Monitor contractor performance from a commercial perspective.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Collaborate with Project Controls and Cost teams to monitor budgets and forecast commercial impacts.
- Prepare commercial reports and recommendations for project leadership.
- Liaise with Legal, Procurement and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
