The company has sales representatives worldwide, including Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, South Africa and other regions. The General Business Development team shares ambitious goals for Ajax Systems.
Ajax Systems production includes four factories, two of which are located in Ukraine, one in Turkey and one in Vietnam. The company’s ISO 14001 certification ensures a minimal impact of production on the environment.
Qualifications & Skills

- Spanish native and fluent English; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry
- Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to the development of business plans
- Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required
- A basic understanding of other Ajax product lines, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Self‑motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within the Iberia region as needed
