Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will join our Spanish team and report to Marco, CSM Team Lead. You will work closely with our client and country teams to make sure that campaigns are running efficiently, and the retailer’s ad revenue is growing. The role includes seizing and creating commercial opportunities, reviewing campaigns, offer optimization support and lean in to act as “traffic controller” between sales and operations.

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys navigating the shift from support to strategy and wants to help shape retail media in a fast-growing international environment.
