We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Management team based in Barcelona, Spain.

Role's Key Responsibilities And Tasks

- Conduct in‑depth analysis of new international markets to assess potential, competition, customer behavior, and profitability.
- Develop detailed business cases and financial models for new market entries.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for international expansion initiatives, creating dashboards to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with cross‑departmental teams (Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT) to define and implement go‑to‑market strategies.
- Utilize internal data and BI tools to generate business insights that translate into measurable improvements for the expansion program.




- Collaborate with Data Science to implement analytical tools and methodologies specific to international market dynamics.
- Contribute to cross‑departmental strategic initiatives related to general growth and localization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) and 3‑5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills, fast learner, detailed‑oriented, focused on results and productivity.
- Advanced SQL skills; experience dealing with large datasets and deriving relevant metrics and analyses.
- Advanced Office skills, especially with Google tools (Sheets, Docs) for analytical tasks.
- Knowledge of Google DataStudio or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience presenting, communicating, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
