*About the role:
As Cyber Resilience Lead, you will own the cyber recovery capability for TMHCC's International business.

You will lead the cyber recovery program, strengthen organizational resilience and ensure the business is prepared to recover effectively from ransomware attacks, cyber incidents and major technology disruptions.

Working closely with technology, business and senior stakeholders, you will drive recovery readiness and continuous improvement across critical business services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the cyber recovery and resilience program, ensuring recovery strategies align with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
* Develop and maintain cyber recovery playbooks, restoration procedures, dependency maps and recovery standards.
