At HP SCDS, we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) to join our Data & AI team within Sales Operations, supporting HP’s Graphics Solutions Business. You’ll help build an AI-powered assistant designed to enable Account Managers to work more efficiently, access relevant information faster, and make better business decisions. What will you do?

- Design, develop, and evolve full-stack applications for AI-powered solutions.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions,
technical design, and key technology decisions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.
- Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.
What are we looking for?

- Approximately 4-5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Hands‑on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
- Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- English level B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with general tea
