We are looking for a Senior Electrical AIT Engineer to lead spacecraft electrical Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities across the full project lifecycle, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign support. This role carries strong ownership of the planning and procedural side of AIT — defining how integration and test activity is structured before it reaches the floor — with remote/hybrid flexibility available for planning-heavy phases of work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead spacecraft electrical AIT activities for flight hardware across the project lifecycleDefine and plan spacecraft electrical integration, functional verification, and test campaigns, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign supportSpecify, develop, validate, and maintain Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)Author, review, and approve AIT documentation, including Integration Procedures, Test Procedures, Test Plans, and Test ReportsCoordinate cross-functional teams during integration and test campaigns, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality,
