In this role you drive fundraising across Alantra Asset Management's alternative investment products, collaborating with senior leaders to expand the investor base. You will nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities, supporting international growth across Europe and beyond. You will work closely with investment, product, and IR teams to prepare compelling materials and fundraising documentation. This is a high-impact position at a leading independent platform, offering exposure to a broad range of strategies and international investors. You will help shape the fundraising strategy and contribute to the firm’s expansion goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support and execute capital raising initiatives across investment strategies
• Contribute to fundraising strategy for existing and new vehicles




• Develop relationships with institutional investors and intermediary channels across Europe and other markets
• Build and maintain relationships with family offices, private banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and other allocators
• Coordinate investor follow-ups, meetings, and fundraising processes with senior team members
• Expand and consolidate the investor network internationally
• Monitor market trends and fundraising dynamics in private markets and alternatives
• Collaborate with investment, product, IR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams on marketing materials and fundraising documentation
• Represent Alantra Asset Management externally at meetings, conferences, and industry events

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 7 years in Asset Management Capital Raising, Fund Distribution, Institutional Sales, Private Banking or Private Markets Business Development
• Strong understanding of alternative investments and private markets
