About the role

Own and evolve our commercial systems ecosystem, ensuring our CRM, business applications, integrations, and automations operate reliably and scale with the business.

You'll design, build, and maintain the systems that connect our go-to-market teams, creating seamless data flows across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product.



Combining strong technical skills (Python, APIs, SQL) with CRM expertise (HubSpot), you'll develop integrations, automate business processes, improve data quality, and enable teams to work more efficiently through well-designed systems.

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through engineering rather than manual processes. You'll work across multiple stakeholders to design scalable solutions, maintain system reliability, and continuously improve our business infrastructure.
