Reporting into the EMEA/APAC Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform‑native content across THE TEAM‑owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling, internet culture, and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
This role can either be based in our London or Madrid offices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Support day‑to‑day management and execution across THE TEAM‑owned EMEA/APAC corporate social channels.
- Assist with content scheduling, publishing and platform maintenance across priority social platforms.
- Support Social Media Managers with content coordination, publishing workflows and social‑first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations.
- Draft social copy and assist with content building across formats including short‑form video, carousels, Stories and real‑time content.
- Support community management and audience engagement while helping maintain THE TEAM’s voice, tone and editorial standards.
- Monitor trends, conversations and emerging platform behaviors to identify culturally relevant opportunities and content inspiration.
- Conduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes.
- Assist with content organization, asset management and internal workflow coordination across teams and stakeholders.
