About the OpportunityWe're looking for our first dedicated Operations hire to join Kompanion as a Founding Associate and one of the first employees in the company.
You’ll own the client onboarding experience end to end, with a clear mission: make it as automated and scalable as possible. A good part of it is already productised,



and your job is to push it much further.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role sitting at the intersection of Operations, Accounting, and Product. You’ll work directly with clients, our accounting team, and engineering, turning what you learn on the ground into a smoother onboarding and a better product.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own client onboarding end to end, from kickoff to a client fully live on Kompanion, and relentlessly automate it.
- Build MVPs of new product features based on real client feedback, working closely with clients, accounting, and tech to define, test, and iterate.
- Be the voice of the client internally, surfacing friction, edge cases, and opportunities to standardise and productise.
- Turn manual, repetitive work into repeatable processes and automations, documenting the playbook as you go.

What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in operations, process optimisation, consulting, or a client‑facing role
