Are you passionate about transforming data into commercial insight and influencing strategic business decisions? As a Senior Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies across Spain, partnering closely with commercial, finance, franchise, and international pricing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on business performance while working in a collaborative, international environment based in Barcelona.
What will you be doing? In this role, you will become the trusted pricing partner for the commercial organization, helping teams make informed, data driven decisions that improve profitability and support sustainable growth. You will lead pricing initiatives, support complex negotiations,



and provide valuable analytical insights that influence strategic decisions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will:
- Develop and execute a pricing capability roadmap for Spain, including pricing frameworks, pricing intelligence, contract compliance monitoring, and product lifecycle management.
- Partner with the International Pricing Team to establish local pricing processes and governance models.
- Support commercial teams through tenders and pricing proposals for corporate accounts from initial analysis through to final approval.
- Monitor and analyse contracts, frameworks, and bespoke commercial agreements to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Build and enhance commercial modelling tools and business cases that enable smarter decision making and stronger cross functional collaboration.
