natural language processing to deployment of ML models into production.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning solutions.Design and implement state‑of‑the‑art data products, machine learning models, and systems to optimize the HCM system user experience.Write clean code and documentation, champion best practices, and produce highly adaptive, high‑performing, continuous‑learning AI models and systems.Mentor and coach team members, providing them with the space to think independently while collaborating as a team.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.Experience: 6‑8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Communication: Advanced English skills.Technical skills: Fluency in Python (including packages such as pandas, scikit‑learn, etc.); strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data science/machine learning techniques; familia
