What will your mission be?

Your main objective will be to manage incidents, analyze reported cases, provide first-line technical support, and perform the corresponding follow-up until resolution or escalation.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Manage incidents and requests using ticketing tools.
- Provide first-line technical support to professional users.
- Analyze incidents related to hardware, software, and applications.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and other support channels.
- Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis procedures.
- Register, document, and track tickets until resolution or escalation.
- Follow established support procedure
