Purpose of the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Manager to join the Proton Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead. You will support the execution of Pass's growth strategy across both product-led growth (PLG) and marketing, helping drive activation, conversion, and adoption for our password manager consumer and business offering.



This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build execution experience across the full growth stack, from in-product experimentation to campaign delivery.
What You'll Do
- Drive growth, acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives for Proton Pass — across marketing and product
- Design, launch, and analyze in-product experiments (onboarding flows, activation nudges, upgrade prompts) in collaboration with product and engineering
- Support acquisition (in owned and paid channels) by identifying opportunities, briefing marketing, and tracking performance against growth targets
- Optimize conversion across landing pages, upgrade pages, and other key funnel touchpoints, working closely with design and content
- Surface insights and recommendations to drive the business metrics of our organization
