Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com is actively looking for experienced real estate agents who speak French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German natively. If you are already living on the Costa Blanca and have real estate experience, this post is written for you.
We are not looking for someone to train from scratch. We need proven closers who know the market, know the buyer, and are ready to hit the ground running.

This role is exclusively for candidates who:

Are already living on the Costa Blanca
Have a minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience - new build experience is a strong advantage
Speak fluent English plus one of the following natively: French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German
Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
Are registered as autónomo or willing to work on a self‑employed basis

What we offer

Commission structure from 32% up to 65%
Average monthly earnings: €6,000-€9,000
Top performers consistently earn: €15,000-€18,000+ per month
