Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Incidents, to join our Monopoly GO Game team remotely from the US, Spain, UK or Ireland.

What You Will Do
- Own accuracy in alerting




- Have a strong understanding of alerting systems and alert aggregation/correlation tools and a passion for extending that knowledge to the expert level for the Monopoly Go alerting environment
- Maintain alerting KPI’s
- Drive ever-improving accuracy in alerting through audits and deep dives
- Provide Incident command during highly visible and impactful incidents
- Coordinate, analyze, and escalate incidents in partnership with vendors, business units, game teams, and partners
- Be accountable for incident outcomes
- Communicate concisely through written and verbal communication during stressful situations
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain runbooks/playbooks
- Be on-call for Incident command

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience working with alerting systems and driving accuracy in alerting
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as an Incident commander
- High-level understanding of networking and cloud services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate
