We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Academic Manager to be part of our amazing team. You’ll work hand in hand with other Academic Managers and the commercial team to ensure top-quality education and happy students You will have a big great teachers team too.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.)
- Motivate and lead the teaching team
- Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction
- Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients
- Assist in product development & marketing strategies
- Participate in recruitment & training

Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Spanish (a must)
- A strong teamwork mindset
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude




- Great communication & organizational skills
- Experience in online teaching (ideally via Zoom)
- IT skills & ability to adapt to new technologies
- Previous management experience is a plus
- CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- Right to work in the EU
- Degree (e.g., BA, BSc)
- Experience teaching Young Learners
- Accommodation: 3 NIGHTS
- Holiday: 1 month during summer, Christmas and holy week, also 2 days in the “Feria de Córdoba”

About the SchoolIH Cordoba, known locally as “Academia Britanica”, was the first IH to be founded by John and Brita Haycraft in 1953.
