- We're looking for a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for General Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirements
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Guide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
- Collaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handover
- Support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges,



implementing mitigation plans when needed
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
