Location:This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).
Your Role:
- Design, maintain, and optimize internal data using internal and external tools
- Own clinic scheduling and capacity management. Open and close agendas and help to harmonize visit types amongst countries for efficiency




- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly updating records and implementing quality control measures.
- Assist in data management and help with data integrity, deepdiving in each patient situation, and help to have a clean database
- Assist in creating data and help to put controls over different departments
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns to inform strategic decision-making in the requested areas
- Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal, Operations, Country, and Customer Care) to ensure alignment on data processes and strategy.
- Identify and investigate inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks in current workflows, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the company's OKRs
- Take the initiative to identify new trends, technologies, or methodologies that could improve workflows.
