We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing general team. As part of the Business Development function, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving net new pipeline growth across EMEA through a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Qualification

- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social, events) across key EMEA markets.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high‑quality engagement.
- Research and identify target accounts, buyer personas, and relevant stakeholders to tailor messaging and outreach.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points, assess fit, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Territory & Account Development

- Execute outreach strategies aligned to the company’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and regional priorities.
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate territory plans, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign follow‑up, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Provide market insights and feedback from conversations to help shape go‑to‑market messaging.
- Leverage AI‑driven tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Head of Business Development to continually refine messaging, qualification, and closing techniques.
