Job Summary
Are you driven by ensuring the reliability and performance of complex industrial facilities in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment? As a Maintenance Engineer, you will act as a technical expert supporting electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations at our Alcantarilla site.## What you’ll do
* Act as a
technical specialist
in maintenance, providing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
* Develop, evaluate, and maintain
maintenance plans and technical criteria
for industrial equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
* Assess the
feasibility and technical soundness
of equipment, materials,



and solutions where data is limited or validation through testing is required.
* Participate in the development of
design plans, technical proposals, and feasibility studies
related to plant improvements and asset reliability.
* Contribute significantly to the
resolution of complex maintenance and operational issues
.
* Coordinate closely with cross‐functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS, to ensure effective execution.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to
equipment upgrades, process enhancements, and new or modified maintenance methods
.## What you’ll bring
* Degree in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
* Solid experience in
industrial maintenance
within manufacturing or production environments.
* Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments.
