and prioritise a structured planner/consultant pipeline, including account mapping, segmentation, and action plans to maximise coverage and impact.Position Siemens Buildings’ Go‑to‑Market strategy to planners, leveraging both direct channels and partner ecosystem to ensure early project influence.Monitor and steer prescribed opportunities from early design stages through handover to sales, ensuring proper tracking, KPI follow‑up, and successful conversion.Collaborate closely with Sales, PreSales, Verticals, Marketing, and Bid & Proposal teams to ensure a coordinated approach and maximise impact on strategic projects.Support strategic deals by providing insights, technical guidance, and prescription leverage throughout the sales lifecycle.Organise and drive planner engagement activities such as trainings, workshops, webinars, and local events to strengthen Siemens positioning and influence.RequirementsDegree in Engineering (Electrical,
