They manage scale, complex areas of strategic focus and depth of experience & knowledge within the Healthcare industry.
They are strong drivers of Alira Health business growth and are ambassadors of the company in business development activities. They have high quality interactions with demanding clients and bring a strong network of industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
Bring in depth leadership and expertise in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry.
Translate client needs into strategic projects and assignments.
Provides in-depth client understanding that translates into strategic guidance and insightful, customized, actionable deliverables.
Align with all Alira Health consulting practices efforts to ensure correct time and resource allocation.
Business Development/ Corporate Initiatives (70%)
Nurture a strong network within the life science market and act as primary liaison with clients.
Define business development initiatives (with the business development team) and act as subject matter expert on key domain areas.
Leverage their skills, network, and knowledge to contribute to Alira Health Corporate Development (e.g., participating in due diligence for acquisition targets, helping structure transversal offerings, strategically connecting with key clients, developing the Alira Health brand, etc.).
Act as an ambassador of the Alira Health brand (congresses, marketing campaigns, etc.).
Directly generate leads and capitalize upon opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell integrated Alira Health services to clients.
Coordinates efforts to translate client needs into project proposals and defend them until the project signed.
Contribute to business generation in other practices of Alira Health, leveraging network and client contacts to identify opportuniti
