Your primary goal involves driving kitchen operational success. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional dish preparation and cooking support. At the same time, you will keep your assigned station beautifully aligned with strict resort presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage daily ingredient prep, oversee cooking times, and verify the freshness of raw materials. Additionally, you will monitor production speed and collaborate with your team to hit service objectives. As a result, you will eliminate service delays during peak dining hours and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury culinary excellence.
