IE University's Business School is looking for nJunior Managerto join its teamThe Junior Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement of program delivery. This position bridges operational execution and strategic program management, leading key initiatives while supervising program support staff.This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with proven leadership abilities who can manage teams, oversee complex projects, and collaborate across departments to enhance the student and faculty experience. The Junior Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to implement program innovations, manage quality standards, and drive operational efficiency.
